Made this for Xmas dessert and was amazing! I was worried that the combination of bergamot and cardamom would be overwhelming, but the combination was just right!
I love this take on tiramisu. One question- Can I achieve the peaks with a whisk (I know it will hell lot of exercise) or a hand blender is the only option?
To do this by hand, I’d suggest whipping the mascarpone separately until fluffy, then whipping the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then and fold the cream into the mascarpone. I haven’t tested this but I think it’ll work - just a lot of elbow grease 💞
